Another server (I think) came up and said sorry again but that's it.I said how about a round of drinks for our inconvenience? Sorry we can only give you soda (bull crap). Instead of profusely apologizing we got a shrug and sorry.
The waiter placed the tray on a stand.don't know if this was his first day but I looked over and he picked up 2 plates on the same side so guess what happened? 2 plates went tumbling to the floor. Normal amount of time to get our order out. We were a party of 4 and placed our order. When I spend money on eating out it is because I want to be served so service is just as important as the food. The reason I am giving a 2 star review is because the food is good otherwise it would be 1 or zero if that was an option.
